Lorelei grew up on a small hobby farm in West Central Alberta.  She has worked in the finance industry for the majority of her working years from insurance, investments, accounting to mortgages and has her Bachelor of Commerce degree.  She had never shot a rifle until she met her husband Brian in 2010.  Brian taught her how to shoot and hunt and eventually got her shooting occasionally with his F-Open rifle just for a little friendly competition between the two of them.  She began shooting competitively in 2018 but her true passion is weight training and competed in a National Naturals Figure competition in 2025.  Lorelei has always been a big supporter of her husband Brian’s shooting.  She has been involved in many team matches as a scorekeeper and target puller and you will often see her on the line assisting her husband with his gear.  Lorelei looks forward to helping out the National team as the F-Open Adjutant for the 2026 World F-Class Championship.
