Antun Kovacevic
Antun Kovacevic is a family man with a not-so-typical schedule.
By day, he works as a designer, engineer, and manufacturing expert in the gearbox industry; by night, he runs a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu gym.
When he’s not working or on the mats, you’ll most likely find him at the CHAS shooting range, chasing tight groups downrange.
Like many people during COVID, Antun picked up a new hobby - but instead of baking bread, he picked up a rifle.
What started as learning to hunt quickly turned into a passion for long-range precision shooting.
Three years later, he’s competing in F-Open and building an impressive list of results:
- Western Canada F-Class Championship 2023 – 3rd place
- Alberta Provincials 2024 – 2nd place
- Western Canada F-Class Championship 2024 – 2nd place
- Saskatchewan Provincials 2024 – 1st place
- F-Class US Nationals Championship 2024 – 4th place
Always curious, always learning, and maybe just a little too competitive - that’s Antun in a nutshell.
